"As someone who likes having a bit of..."
As someone who likes having a bit of room to settle in, the cabin was just okay. The seats felt a little tight—not terrible or anything, but I definitely found myself wishing they were more comfortable.

"Customer service was okay"
I had to get in touch with airblue support about changing a booking, and it was just okay. They did reply, but it took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same issue twice, which was kind of annoying. The staff were really polite though, and they did eventually get it sorted out. Not a terrible experience, but they definitely could be faster and a little clearer with their answers...

"Really impressed with the on-time flight"
I booked through Airblue and had a really smooth experience overall. Check-in was straightforward, and boarding started pretty much when they said it would, which was a nice surprise.
The best part was that we took off on time and actually landed a little early. It made my day so much easier not having to deal with delays or extra waiting around. i was happy with how punctual everything was and I’d gladly fly with them again.

"Bag got seriously messed up"
The flight itself was fine, no big deal, but my suitcase came out looking rough. It was all scratched up and one of the handles was basically halfway busted. When I went to the counter, the staff kinda acted like it was just whatever and weren’t much help. Reporting it took forever too. annoying and not a great vibe

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to cancel my Airblue booking last month and was a bit unsure how the refund would go. The cancellation part was straightforward, though I did end up checking in with support once just to see what was happening.

The refund showed up after about two weeks, so it wasn’t the quickest thing ever, but it did get sorted without too much hassle. Support was decent enough, and overall I’d say it was a fair experience. Giving it 4 stars

"Online check-in worked fine for me and..."
Online check-in worked fine for me and I got my boarding pass quickly. The only thing is, picking a seat was a little confusing at first.

"Pretty happy with the price"
I booked my ticket on airblue.com after checking a few other sites, i was kind of surprised the fare was better here. At first I was a little worried there might be extra steps or hidden confusion, but it was actually really straightforward, picked the flight, paid, done. For the price I got, I felt relieved and happy. I’d definitely check here again next time.

"Boarding was such a mess!!!"
Boarding was chaotic!!! The line was super long, and the staff seemed kind of confused about what was going on!!! It just made the whole process feel way more stressful than it needed to be!!!
